Before the decisive encounter with my master Michel Corboz that made me realise that choir conducting was made for me, I was studying the flute, musicology and Chinese. I dreamed of discovering old manuscripts sleeping in sacristies or attics of opera houses, and then editing this forgotten music to make it accessible to a wide audience.

Documentation and repertoire knowledge representing an important part of an interpreter's work, I've never ceased to study and share my thoughts and discoveries in concert programs, social media or articles.

Classical music shouldn't be a privilege reserved for the wealthy or highly educated, when it comes to emotions above all else. With Aux arts etc., a French-speaking cultural platform in Zurich and in Ticino, I found an ideal medium. A dozen of professional editors convey, on a practically voluntary basis, their passion for music, cinema, theatre, exhibitions or literature and write about selected works or performances. The association also organises its own events.

Since 2004, together with founder Sandrine Charlot Zinsli and an enthusiast and loyal team, we share the ambition to build bridges between people, cultures and styles.
